Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or modify a subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose Uncle
We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. For billing issues, please contact Apple Support.
App Limits Not Working
Ensure Screen Time permissions are enabled for Uncle. If limits are not triggering:
- Restart the app
- Confirm Screen Time authorization is active
- Reconfigure your selected apps
